About the Brand
Our team became familiar with the various amenities within the hotel as well as the brand guidelines, meeting their expectations for photography, video production, graphic design, influencer marketing and Meta advertising.
The Opportunity
We needed to create a presence on multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X and Youtube. We managed the rebranding of the hotel as well as the rebranding of one of the their restaurants from an inhouse bar to a Goan cuisine restaurant. They also hosted international celebrities during the international film festival of India and needed to share pictures on social media with permission.
Our Approach
We projected the image of luxury that was expected of the brand and all the properties within the hotel. We also designed their monthly email newsletters, billboard and newspaper creatives that were required, building a reliable and comfortable relationship with the internal marketing team.
Outcome
More importantly, the brand’s digital presence began to more accurately reflect the experience it offers — calm, considered and distinctive.
The hotel gained a lot of visibility through their social media pages, received reservation and dining inquiries from new customers and regained some of the ground lost to other independent fine dining restaurants in the city.
