About the Brand
Previously a not-for-profit organisation, Climate Wise transitioned into a company and had to reposition from an organisation taking individual donations to one who consults businesses on reducing their carbon impact.
The Opportunity
When Climate Wise approached Blurb, we saw an opportunity to add videos to their Instagram page, target business owners with LinkedIn content and aim for thought leadership on Twitter/ X.
Our Approach
We noticed that project and team information performed best across all platforms and so we regularly checked in with the client to get updates. We consistently experiment with content and monitor engagement across the various platforms, even addressing crisis communication occasionally.
Outcome
The client has remained satisfied with our work for 2.5 years and counting.
Most importantly, our client can rely on us to take the initiative to revisit our social strategy to keep the community engaged.
