The Opportunity
Park Inn by Radisson had a generic looking Instagram feed with lower engagement. We had previous experience working with hotels like Ocean Palms, Golden Tulip and others building their storytelling and aesthetic on social media to far higher levels so that they were able to command higher room rates. So we knew we would be able to achieve that for Park Inn as well over a period of time.
Our Approach
When we took over the account, the previous agency had paid for fake followers and this was a problem because our higher quality video and photography content wasn’t registering engagement. Nonetheless, we followed our system of strategically planning and executing authentic storytelling about the brand. Eventually, the following and engagement grew significantly with this approach.
We ran ads on Meta which resulted in many lead inquiries through direct messages.
Outcome
It took one year of work to undo the damage done by the previous agency but after that in a span of one year, we were able to increase their followers from 6000 to 10000 on Instagram.
We got an average of 12 enquiries per month.
More importantly, the team retention and satisfaction increased because all levels of the hospitality team were featured on their social media handles.
